This antenna is not to plug on your buffalo modem to increase the range of the signal .br /This antenna is to plug to a notebook card adapter.br /Amazone put you on the wrong way to promote a Better Together special price offering this antenna with the Buffalo WHR-HP-G54 Wireless-G router. This router and this antenna are incompatible.

You have to buy a antenna adapter to fit the Buffalo Router. Thats another $10.00 plus Shipping

using a cantenna which requires aiming and adjusting is frustrating but just plop this antenna down and start surfing lets me beable to get better signals while wardriving 4x the signal with antenna than with out buy it.
