I needed a cable to hook up my new 120hz Samsung LCD and Blu-Ray player.br /br /I really don't care much about cables and would never have expected I would be sitting here taking the time to write a review on one, but this is one of those times I have been pleasantly surprised so here I am. br /br /This is such a nice cable I have to say I would have expected this cable to cost much more than what I paid.br /br /The guy in the department store was trying to talk me into paying almost $200 for cables he said I absolutely had to have because I was buying a 120hz TV. I found the $200 cables (along with the service plan) they wanted to sell me to be a rip-off.br /br /I found this cable on Amazon for $11.95 and the net cost for 2 of them was under $25. They work absolutely perfectly and this cable meets all of the same specification and is every bit as good as those $200 cables.br /br /An added bonus is this nylon sleeve which encases the cable. It works perfectly for our LCD mount since you have to feed the cable through the mount. The sleeve really makes the cable slide through the mount nicely.br /br /Buy this cable! An excellent deal.

Unfortunately I did not have a successful experience with this cable like the other reviewers. I tried connecting a PS3 to a Samsung hdtv and the connectors did not have a snug fit at all both in the PS3 and the hdtv. Consequently the signal was in and out, and more out than in. I hope the replacement amazon is sending will be better than the original one. I'm disappointed, as the info on the site about the cable refers to PS3.

This is a great Hdmi Cable...br /It has made a great difference in our t.v.br /PS3, and Xbox 360.br /The color and picture are awesome, and thebr /quality of the picture is very sharp.br /When we went in to look at T.V.s, we were excited br /about the quality of the picture we were looking at.br /But we were not aware that we needed to purchase HDMI cables to have the same or simiular picture quality. We went out and bought Monster cables for our PS3 console, and still didn't get the resolution we were seeking.br /I am very pleased with this product!!!!br /It also attaches well, and the nylon cable gives it a professional lookbr /and it has a very snug fit into our PS3, Xbox 360,and DVR.br /I have just ordered 2 more at this great price....

I purchased this cable and it was defective... no sound. Video was ok. Because of the nylon sleeve the cable feels/looks cheap. The cable is very hard, not easy to bend. I would not recommend purchasing this item. There are good quality cables in this price range... however this is not one of them.

This is a great cable in general, but especially when you consider the price...you can't beat it.br /br /This cable looks and feels very well built. I was very surprised and impressed with the quality; the connector is very solid and easy to handle, in addition it fits perfectly (a nice snug fit, not loose at all) into the HDMI port on my TV and Blu-ray player, which makes for the best signal possible. It's a nice thick and durable cable encased in nylon "sleeve" as Mediabridge calls it. It looks almost indestructible with the nylon "sleeve"...the "sleeve" also allows the cable to slide easily through my wall mount when I move my TV from left to right or up and down.br /br /Of course the performance of an HDMI cable is the most important thing and Mediabridges HDMI cable performs without a doubt just as well as the Monster cable that my brother paid ten times as much for. It gives me a perfect vibrant 1080p picture, along with crystal clear sound.br /br /It definitely looks just as good a Monster cable if not better, I think it feels like it's better quality than a Monster cable and it definitely performs just as good as a Monster cable...so don't waste your time or money on some overpriced big store retail cable.
