 Simple fix produces a great picture January 6, 2009
I have a long cable run from the basement to the attic of a 2 story house then the cable splits and runs back down to the 2'nd floor rooms. Before installing the amp, an HD TV which is connected to a digital cable box was unable to show some of the channels and in another room, an analog TV had a very snowy pictuure. I installed the amp in the basement (very simple install) on the run leading up to the attic. Now both TV's have GREAT pictures with all channels working.br /br /Delivery by CableTVamps was very prompt
 Great product for the price December 12, 2008
Basically it works as advertised. Had two splitters and the longest end going to bedroom about 30 feet long. Picture on some channels really weak. And although it is not supposed to help with cable internet, it has boosted my speed test results (tested several times ). My HDTV now picks up channels I didn't even know I had. br /

This product greatly improved the signal to a television located a good distance from where my antenna comes into the house.

Something must be wrong and i don't know what.The four channel one i bought works great.I put this signal amp behind one T.V.being it is a single amp. I was worried about overload.Boy did i get a wrong number.It did nothing to improve the signal it made it worse.The signal is coming in from cable to a four way splitter and one of the T.V's is weak in four channels.I figured i hooked it up wrong.No,i had three people look at it.So i figured i had some bad cable,no i used three different 75 ohm pieces and no change.I mean how can i screw up a one output amp,and i am pretty sure its from the same company.I know it is.To make matters worse i bought two of them.Now i haven't tried the second one yet.Like i say something is wrong.I will call the company on Monday.Stay tuned.One more thing the price difference between this sellers is well, how does one sell it for Thirty five dollars less than the other.Stay tuned i hooked it up wrong.( according to seller)br /
Great product November 2, 2008
This worked great for my outdoor antenna. I hooked it up and much to my surprise, the digital signal was strengthened and picked up a couple more channels. I highly recommend this product. This worked way better than the cheap Phillips amplifier from Walmart that did not work at all.
